Campaign Overview

Raise brand awareness for BlueGrace Logistics within the logistics technology vertical and elevate the profiles of C-suite executives through the media and thought-leadership activities, while also strengthening marketing and internal communications initiatives across the organization.

Approach

Created an integrated internal and external communications strategy aligned with business objectives. Activities included comprehensive PR planning, media list curation, internal messaging frameworks, executive media training, and content coordination across teams. Also conducted annual PR audits and identified event speaking opportunities to bolster visibility.

KEY RESULTS

As the company’s first PR manager, I helped the organization achieve a 1,000% increase in media mentions over two years. I secured national coverage in The Wall Street Journal, TODAY Show, The Washington Post, and Washington Examiner, among others. Elevated executive visibility and thought leadership while enhancing cross-functional communication and strengthening the company’s internal narrative and external positioning as a logistics tech innovator.
